BEAUTIFUL BABY!

A paleontologist with a missing bone; a crazily adorable heiress; a
refrigerator-cold fiancee; two (that’s TWO!) leopards, one of which is
wild, the other named Baby with a love and with a love for the song “I
Can’t Give You Anything But Love, Baby”; “I’ll be with you in a
minute, Mr Peabody!”; Cary Grant in a frilly negligee exclaiming “I
just went GAY all of a sudden!”; Katharine Hepburn in a dress that
rips up the back for entertainingly ridiculous reasons; Charlie
Ruggles!, hilariously escalating lunacy; a wonderful apparent chaos
that brings freedom and love.

Yes, it could only be Bringing Up Baby (1938), the greatest screwball
comedy and one of the greatest movies ever made! The only other thing
I can possibly add is that if you haven’t seen it YOU MUST, and even
if you have then see it again, it is a tonic, particularly if you need
cheering up!

P.S. If you don’t like it, never darken these door again! Bwahahahaha!
